Message from Ascended Master Babaji
There seems to be quite a preoccupation with breath in many spiritual traditions. There is a good reason for this. Firstly, breath is the intaking of life force from the universe. As we breath in we not only fill our lungs with air, we fill our lungs with the space between atoms which is where our Creator's energy enters into us.
Secondly, when we choose to control our breathing, we force our restless minds into performing a task that will distract it from thinking all of it's chatter about gloom and doom and judgments and whether it likes this or that. The mind ceases to become idle with it's idle thoughts and, instead, now becomes focused on a bodily function.
When the mind becomes focused on breath, it starts to quiet down. When the mind starts to quiet down, then the body starts to relax. When the body starts to relax, our soul begins to talk and take control of the body and the mind. When the soul takes control of the body and mind, the Spirit of the Creator can then help guide us through our day with wisdom through the Still Small Voice Within.
Notice how all of this starts with controlling the breath. Do you wish to be in a state of Grace and Ease? Do you you wish to live in a relaxed state throughout the day? Do you wish to tap into the Infinite Wisdom of the Creator? Read on as we give you a simple breath work that you use with every breath. This is the practical advice for every day.
Breathe in a normal breath through your nostrils. Focus on the feel of the air as it passes through your nostrils. When you have made your normal inhale, don't stop, inhale just a little bit more. This little extra tells your body that it is receiving a different control, a control that is coming from the mind as a conscious control instead of the normal unconscious breathing.
Next, hold the breath for a count of one, two or three depending upon what the body feels comfortable with.
After this count, release the breath in a relaxed manner. There is no need to force out the air. Just let the lungs deflate and feel the air passing through your nostrils on the way out.
After the lungs deflate, wait one, two or three beats before inhaling again.
Repeat the process over and over throughout the day.
What will be the result? You will notice less chatter. If you notice too much chatter even with this method then stop ingesting caffeine! Caffeine drives the brain into overdrive. Make the caffeine reduction gradual - there is no need to torture yourself with a sudden cessation of caffeine. Just drink less and less of it over the course of 60 days. Substitute drinks with less and less caffeine.
The extra breath on the intake will more than compensate for the lack of caffeine. The extra breath bring in more energy from the Creator with every in breath. It normalizes brain function and alleviates the need for caffeine.
If you are not a caffeine drinker and you still have an overactive chatter, even with the breath work, then add this extra activity to the breathing: Tickle the roof of your mouth while breathing. This additional mind distractor will bring the chatter to a halt.
As with any change in habits, breath work will require attention and perseverance. Remind yourself in the morning by stating mentally to yourself with this intention, "I am using breath work today with every breath." Such intentions throughout the day help to remind the self to focus on the breath.
May you persevere and make this practice of breath work an integral part of your life.
The Third Step Toward Kind Thoughts.
In this message we continue from the previous First Step Toward Kind Thoughts and Second Step Toward Kind Thoughts.
If you have been sincerely performing and experiencing the actions in the first two parts of this three part message series then you are beginning to realize that you really must be in a place where you have only kind thoughts towards the Creator and yourself before kind thoughts manifest outwardly towards all others.
In this Third Step, we examine what it takes to have Kind Thoughts towards others on a consistent moment-by-moment basis while at the same time preserve healthy boundaries so that you do not become harmed.
A prerequisite for Kind Thoughts towards others is the deep understanding and feeling that the Creator, ourselves and all others are One. "Yes, Yes." you impatiently think. "I know this already." But then why do you have unkind thoughts of others? You see when you have unkind thought of others, you are having unkind thoughts towards yourself and the Creator because we are all One!
What is needed first is a way to feel the Oneness within you and with others. This is necessary now to perform a simple Oneness Meditation for you to feel this interconnectedness which feels just like love.
The practical advice here is to: Close your eyes, and breathe deeply and slowly. Inhale then pause for a few beats. Exhale and then pause for a few beats 10 or 15 times. Next, imagine a time in your life where you were totally connected with another - it could be with a puppy or some other pet or a child or a lover or a parent. Go back to this moment in time and feel the overwhelming and heart melting love that you felt. Inhale and feel that Love enter your heart. Keep feeling it and now make the intention to keep that feeling in your heart. Now open your eyes and look around you while still holding that feeling. Notice how this love feeling makes you feel at One with everything that you gaze upon. Keep this feeling with you when you are interacting with others and you will have more and more kind thoughts.
It is natural for this feeling to become lost if you become emotionally triggered or you become tired or hungry or thirsty. Allow the trigger to release from you or take a nap or eat or drink water.
When you become balanced again with emotions and physicality then reset yourself with the Oneness Meditation.
Since we live in a world where we occasionally come across those who are a danger to themselves and others, it is necessary to have Healthy Boundaries while in this state of Oneness and Kind Thoughts.
The first step towards this is to ask for protection from our Creator in the form of a prayer:
"Dear Source please protect this mind. body and soul from all forms of injury and attack for the highest good of all. Thank you. I love you!"
This prayer will steer clear those who would be injurious to you. However, you may have people in your life that you cannot steer clear of that have tendencies to want to control you and others. When you are in a state of Oneness and of Kind Thoughts you can also have healthy boundaries. Ask Source to help you vocalize your limits with the person. Allow yourself, while in a state of Oneness and with Kind Thoughts, to tell the person that what they want you to do is uncomfortable to you and that you have an alternative plan. Then, tell that person what you are comfortable doing and not doing.
Staying in a State and Oneness and Kind Thoughts and setting healthy boundaries at the same time is a challenge. Be comfortable with the fact that this will take time to master. Be comfortable with the fact that you may become triggered and lose that state of Oneness many times before you start to see progress. Progress in this is a matter of degree and over time you will see results.
The practical advice here is to persevere. Ask the Creator for help in maintaining the strength and willingness to keep performing this every day. Every morning say this prayer, "Dear Creator please help me maintain the strength and courage to get back into the state of Oneness and Kind Thoughts throughout the day even after I fall out of it. Thank you, Creator. I love you!"
Our Creator invites you to call for help throughout the day. Creator is willing, compassionate and happy to help each and every one of us because we are it's Children.
The Second Step Toward Kind Thoughts.

In this message we continue from the previous First Step Toward Kind Thoughts.
This planet Earth that we have incarnated onto (and, yes, we ArchAngels have taken form now during this time) is a rough world. It is filled with both extreme kindness and beauty and fellowship and joy and also houses extreme brutality and hate. It is a world of mirrors. Whatever is within you will manifest in your reality. If you hate so shall your receive hate. If you feel the victim so shall you receive victimization. To travel up and out of the trap requires a journey toward Only Kind Thoughts. Kind Thoughts will reflect back to you with Kindness. Such are the rules of the mirror world called Earth.
After learning to be kind to yourself by following the practical advice from the last message, you can now move to having kind thought towards the Creator.
Many will have confused feelings towards this. The Creator, many have been told, can be angry and judging and vengeful. In reality, our Creator is very much a loving Mother who has agreed to allow us to play a game on Earth called Free Will while under a Veil. This game that we agreed to and insisted upon has us in a world where we are apparently separated from the Creator. We are so under this illusion that we see the Creator as a distinct entity that is separate and remote and should not be communicated with. For you who are Fearful of the Creator, I offer you this practical advice: Surrender now this Fear to the Creator and ask for the Love of the Creator to be sent to you right now. If you truly wish this then you shall receive it. Express this in a simple silent prayer: "I surrender to You all of my fears regarding You, Creator. Please take these fears away from me forever. I also ask to receive your Love and to feel your Love right now!"

I will tell you the secret to this game: The Creator is patiently waiting for us to come back and reconnect. He/she is here and omnipresent all around us and all we have to do is ask for contact, ask for help and we shall receive the riches of the Creator as he/she helps us to navigate through this game we call life.
However there is another group that is present on Earth that is holding bitterness and hate towards the Creator. This group doesn't like this game called life and this group blames the Creator for being here. Firstly, don't blame yourself or judge yourself if you feel anger towards the Creator. This is a natural occurrence for those who do not remember wanting to be here. Yes, you have chosen to be here and you also chose the experiences that you have lived through. Understanding this Truth is a prerequisite for what is to be done next - Forgive the Creator and ask for Forgiveness for the bitterness that you have held toward the Creator. The Creator is All Forgiving and All Understanding. Can you also be Forgiving and Understanding?
The practical advice for you who are holding bitterness toward the Creator for being in this rough environment is to sincerely perform this prayer while visualizing the Creator (whatever that visual might be - there is no wrong visual): "Dear Creator, I forgive you for your role in placing me in this rough environment. I now realize that I chose to be here even with many warnings from you. I apologize for holding bitterness against you. Please Forgive me! I also surrender to You all bitterness that I hold towards you, Creator. Please take it away from me forever so that I may be free of it forever. I also ask to receive your Love and to feel your Love right now! Thank you! I Love you!"
Also, please forgive yourself. The practical advice here is to perform the following: Visualize yourself in a mirror (or actually stand in front of a mirror and say to yourself, "I forgive myself for agreeing to come here and then blaming the Creator with bitterness for being here. I love me and I accept myself just as the Creator loves me and accepts me."
Repeat these steps if you discover that you have more fear or bitterness towards the Creator. When you have purged these feelings then the Practical advise to perform every day is the following:
Make it a point throughout the day to appreciate the small things and large things in your life. For example, when you wake up in the morning and you have your favorite morning meal, pause for a minute and feel appreciation and thanks emanating from your heart and mentally give thanks to the Creator. Perform this as many times a day as you can remember.
This thankfulness will open your heart and, combined with the kind thoughts you are now having towards yourself (from applying the advice from The First Step) and towards the Creator, your kind thoughts will now radiate out to more and more people throughout the day.

The First Step Toward Kind Thoughts.
The Purpose of Spiritual Transformation is the Natural Manifestation of only Kind Thoughts.
How can this be achieved? It certainly sounds like a fantasy. I can hear your thoughts:
"How about a murderer? Should I have kind thoughts about him or her? How about a mass murderer?"
Certainly it will take some time to get to this place of only kind thoughts. Consider this a journey. It requires a bit of traveling on your part. It may seem like a long journey. It is for many.
Every journey, however, starts with a first step. That first step in this journey is to start having only kind thoughts about yourself. Why is this so important to have kind thoughts about self?
Have you ever met a person that was very angry regarding themselves? Have you witnessed how they would berate themselves and then turn this anger toward others and transfer the hate and frustration outward? This is what we do as humans when we hate and are unkind to ourselves - we turn it onto others. This is called projection. How many times have you seen a person accuse another person of certain things that the accused is totally innocent of? Projection onto another is the manifestation of self hate.
When we become kind to ourselves, the same thing happens. We now start to project that kindness onto others. It is a gradual process - don't expect a complete transformation in a day!
Do you wish to try this experiment on yourself? Would you like to try and be kind to yourself and see how it affects your relations with others?
Here is how you can start the process. As with any process, instant results are not to be expected. A process is a lot like washing clothing. It takes time for the washer machine to work through it's cleaning and rinsing process before the job is done. This process also requires time.
The first part of the Be Kind to Self Process is to recognize the types of expectations that you place on yourself. Expectations are tricky. We often have many. They are usually associated with the many different roles that we play throughout the day. For example, a man who is married will have the role as a husband. Chances are, the role of husband has created expectations within the man as to what a good husband is. Many times these expectations are distortions that are not even recognized by the man's wife. A great way to expose such distortions is to list down all the expectations that one has as a husband or spouse and discuss them with your partner. Your partner will quickly tell you what expectations are realistic and what aren't.
This perspective will be useful for you because after listing out as many self imposed expectations as possible the next step is to throw them all away. Surrender them to the Creator and thank the Creator for taking them away. Expectations create anger and hostility when the expectations aren't met. Expectations are the root of dissatisfaction with self. Simply throw them all away and adopt a simple strategy - just do the best that you can at any moment in time. If the best that you can at any moment in time is less than spectacular because you are hungry or tired or distracted, then so be it. If it's the best that you can summon at the moment then how can you berate yourself?
If it was not the best that you can do at the moment, then forgive yourself for the laziness and try again in this now moment to do your best.
Using this simple strategy will free you up from the self imposed expectations that you then use to berate yourself with. You will feel more free and more kind to yourself. This is the first step toward only kind thoughts.

A restless mind is a mind filled with chatter. It is a mind talking a mile a minute as it thinks about what to do or not to do next. A restless mind will engage itself in constant debate.
A restless mind will have wants and will spend much time on deciding what it wants and what it wants more of. A restless mind will also dwell upon what it doesn't want. It will parade through itself an endless pageant of doom and gloom scenarios, many of them so outrageous that even the restless mind laughs at the absurdity.
The restless mind is also inquisitive. It wants to know more and more about other people and their state of being. Many times the restless mind is acquiring this information not for understanding but for Judgement.
The restless mind also likes to ponder the ills of the world and attempts grandiose solutions. The restless mind is a thinking addict. Mental activity is its drug of choice.
The restless mind is your ego that is out of control. It is a beast that is run amok. It is an addiction to mental activity that keeps you from hearing the Still Small Voice Within. That Still Small Voice Within is your connection to the Creator.
The jabbering, clattering, chattering noise from the restless mind drowns out the Divine Voice Within.
Are your ready to stop the restless mind and start listening to the Still Small Voice Within? If you are ready then keep reading for you will be given practical advice.
How to Quiet the Restless Mind
The restless mind is like an untamed horse. It requires from you effort, persistence and patience. The taming of the restless mind, like the taming of a wild bronco, is a process that is gradual and that takes time. Do not be discouraged if you are perceiving slow progress. Any progress is worthwhile no matter how miniscule it may seem.
Start the day off right with spoken intentions that help program the restless mind to become still and to program the mind to focus on feeling from the Heart and to listen to the Still Small Voice Within. The Heart is the connection that we have to the Creator. The Creator, through the Heart, sends us signals whenever we need to make a decision. The old saying, "Follow your heart." really means follow the signals that you get from the Creator. For more detailed information, the Still Small Voice Within can provide you with details as to why a certain Heart decision is the best for all involved. Listening to both the Heart and the Still Small Voice Within provides you with decisions and information that will allow you to live life at your fullest potential without the self torture and indecision caused by the restless mind with it's stream of doubts and alternatives.
Say these Intentions in the morning and again at midday to help program your restless mind:
I am with a quiet mind with every breath so that I can listen to the Still Small Voice Within.
I am feeling my heart with every in-breath.
I am filling my heart with gratitude and love with every in-breath.
These simple intentions help to guide and program the restless mind. The filling of the heart with love and gratitude strengthens the connection to the Creator.
Actions Throughout The Day
The goal throughout the day is to decrease the chattering of the restless mind while increasing the guidance from the Heart and the Still Small Voice Within.
Conscious Breathing While being Present with your Senses
Breathing in the following manner throughout the day offers many benefits: your restless mind becomes more quiet, you have more energy, you will feel more pleasant and in bliss. You will also be more in the moment and more focused on what you are doing. Remember to be patient and to celebrate even small changes. As you persist with this breathing method in each moment of the day you will see more and more improvement.
Conscious Breath by Performing the Following:
1. Breathe in as you naturally do but with a little extra in breath at the end of the inhale. Hold the breath for a few heart beats. How many heart beats depend upon how you are feeling at the moment. Start with three heart beats if you are unsure. While you are inhaling also pay attention to at least two or more senses. As you breath in and pause the breath, feel the pressure of your feet on the floor and hear the noises around you. As an added measure you can also tickle the roof of your mouth and feel that. This will keep your restless mind occupied and quiet the chatter within.
2. After the desired number of heartbeats then exhale in a relaxed manner. At the end of the exhale, pause the breathing for the desired number of heartbeats and repeated the focus on the senses.
3. Continue this cycle with every breath and you will discover that your mind is now decreasing it's chatter. If there is still chatter, do not be worried. The goal here is to decrease the chatter over time.
Engage the Heart and the Still Small Voice Within with Decisions
As you are proceeding throughout the day and you are in a situation requiring a decision, engage your Heart and the Still Small Voice Within by breathing in and asking mentally is this decision the best for all? If you receive a mental yes or a feeling of certainty or both then you have received guidance from the Creator. Learn to trust this by asking even the small decisions. This will allow you to gain confidence in the feedback that you are receiving.
It is this process of quieting the restless mind and then engaging the Creator within to guide you through the day with every decision will propel you into a life that is more at ease and less stress. This relief of stress caused by the restless mind will make you healthier and happier.
I invite you to have the persistance to master and tame your restless mind.
Suspend Judgement of Others' Journeys

When I was a young man before I attained mastery of my mind and emotions, I was so very tempted to want to intercede in the affairs of others, to want to direct them onto a higher path. I tried this with my brother and I learned a valuable lesson that I wish to share with you today.
My brother was somewhat older than I am and he was a sensitive soul. So sensitive was he that he withdrew from the world and refused to live. He became a shut in, a recluse, a man devoid of hope.
When I first engaged on my path to Mastery, I was the typical know - it all. I thought I knew exactly what my brother needed to snap himself out of his reclusive nature based upon the limited knoweldge that I had gained so far.
So what I did was badger my brother into coming with me to attend festivals and to meet various healers. I was determined to help him to become normal, to become more like the rest of us.
Increastingly, he became more and more hostile and obstinate until one day he lashed out at me with a stick. He started beating me and he drove me out of his hut. He screamed to me to never come back again.
Disconsolate, I asked my Master Teacher what could I do to rectify this situation.
My Master Teacher told me that the best approach is to get out of my brother's way, "He had chosen his path and he is performing his Divine Purpose." Confused at this, I asked him of what possible good could him sequestered in a hut be considered a Divine Purpose.
My Master Teacher then asked, "What lesson did you learn from this incident?" This question was uexpected so I had to think upon it for a few minutes. Eventually the lesson became clear. I replied, "What I learned is that if we interfere in someone's path without thier permission, they will become angry and righlty so."
My Master Teacher offered a smile and said, "To teach you this lesson is your brother's Divine Purpose."
My practical advice for you today is to stay out of the way of your brothers' and sisters' journeys. If they are not asking for help then let them be. No matter how downtrodden they may appear, they are in command of their journey. Only when they approach you and open up about their troubles are you to then only offer help. Even at this moment they may decline the help.
The ways and whys that each of us experience things or take certain paths are mysterious. Two people on the same path rarely have the same motivations. It is impossible to know why a person is where they are at any given moment.
This is why Judging a person or their Journey is such a grave error.
Fix your own house before you try to fix another's.
Faith in Miracles.
Message from Jesus Christ.
There are times in this world where things can look hopeless in your situation. Sometimes you are in a desperate state of affairs. You may be homeless or you may be stricken with a disease. You may be in deep despair and have given up on life, believing that his cruel world has won and oblivion will result.
Fear not, I tell you. Help is a prayer away. Pray to the Creator for help. Pray to the Creator for guidance. Pray to the Creator for understanding as to why you are in this situation. Pray for a Miracle.
A Miracle will come. Of that be of no doubt. Expect a Miracle and you will receive a Miracle.
Miracles come in many forms.
Some Miracles are enshrouded in Divine Mystery.
Don't try to figure it out.
Have no expectations of the Miracle itself.
Accept the Miracle with Gratitude and Grace.
Above all, you must ask for and then have Faith that the Miracle will arrive.
Wanting to Be Liked.

When you are with your friends or loved ones or roommates or co-workers and the conversation turns a corner from light to dark, do you find yourself agreeing with the negative things being said out of fear of not being liked?
Do you feel sad or distressed during and after this unfortunate situation? You may even decide afterwards that you will not do this again, that you will speak your Truth, that you will agree to disagree or you will simply walk away.
When that next time comes, however, do you find yourself slipping into the same fear that if you disagree, that if you speak up then these who you consider friends and loved ones will then shun you and turn their back upon you and then you will be all alone with no one?
Does that fear seem a bit extreme to you?
Are you ready to release it to the Creator once and for all?
Then please release it now. Please surrender it to the Creator. Please ask the Creator to replace this fear with courage and the realization that you are never alone, that you are loved and that you are a part of the Creator. The Creator is always there for you to guide you and to protect you.
And, if - by the slightest chance - that you do lose all your friends and loved ones because you now have the courage to disagree and hold to your authentic Truth and Self, then ask the Creator to bring to you new friends and new loved ones that are more in alignment with who you really are.
Ask and so it shall be.
True Happiness is Unconditional

Have you ever found yourself extremely happy when you get off of work and you know that you have a weekend to be yourself and to pursue your interests instead of those of the company that you work for?
As the weekend progresses you are in a state of good cheer and happiness which lasts all the way up to the realization that you must retire for sleep at a certain time because the next day will have you waking early for work. When this realization comes to you, do you feel a sudden shift into unhappiness?
If you do then you will find the rest of this essay of extreme interest.
I am going to tell you a secret that many discover - it is possible to be happy all the time - even on the first day back at work.
The secret to unconditional happiness is to let go of the belief that happiness can only come if the ego is satisfied. Ego satisfaction is not happiness. Ego dissatisfaction is like the temper tantrum of a three year old.
True Happiness is not dependent upon anything other than being grateful for the experiences that you have each and every moment.
"That is easy for Babaji to say!" You may exclaim. "You don't really understand how much I hate my work!"
I, however, do understand. I have had work that was not fulfilling and not filled with Joy. My Master Teacher at the time purposely had me work for hours in the sun with tedious and dirty work. There was a purpose to that strategy - it allowed me to get angry and to realize that anger does not make the work go away. It was still there. Anger, instead, simply made the work more unpleasant.
In time, I realized that I might as well just be happy, even during those times I was engaged in tedious and undesirable work. When I had this realization, I then decided to become happy all the time.
I now offer to you this practical advice that allowed me to become happy all the time: Let go of all attachments to any self imposed standards or definitions of what it means to be happy. If you have a definition of Happiness that says, "I can be Happy only when I am fishing on a lazy Sunday afternoon when the temperature is 67 degrees and the breeze is cool." then you will be miserable most of the time.
Instead, surrender all conditions that you have placed on happiness. When you find yourself being unhappy, ask yourself, "Why am I being unhappy?" The answer will present itself. Surrender the reason. Replace it with the mantra, "I am always happy within, regardless of what is happening without."
Over time you will come to the realization, just as I did, that you truly can be happy in all situations. This may sound unrealistic to you. It does not happen overnight. This requires a constant daily focus on surrendering the conditions that you have place on happiness and replacing those conditions with the mantra. As with all good things, effort is required on your part.
May you be blessed with the stamina to carry through to unconditional Happiness!
Striving Can Lead to Delusion.

In every endeavor, our egos like to take control and start planning ever more outrageous goals to the point where we become discouraged at the scale of our ego's grandiose plans. We eventually give up and not start.
Ironically, the striving of the ego produces the opposite effect - we tend to sit on the sidelines watching the world go by because our plans are simply unexecutable. Those who are humble, those who start with a simple plan, are the ones that, overtime, build one simple success after another to the point where they accomplish grandiose outcomes.
So how do they accomplish this? They abandon striving and keep their plans simple and doable for right now.
For example, your Divine Purpose may be to sell crystals to healers. Your ego, in it's desire for infamy and riches, strives for a plan that includes a physical store in a trendy location. The ego's plan is so unreachable given what is available here and now, that you abandon your plans and consider the plan unworkable.
If you were to tell your ego that, "I AM in charge of planning," and then abandon the ego's striving, you will quickly make more humble and modest plans of buying small lots of crystals and then selling them on a website. This humble beginning will then grow in accordance with your Divine Purpose.
With the ego out of the driver's seat, your I AM presence will provide practical advice that will lead to results that will gladden your Heart.
To live the life of a victim feels good to some. To be a victim is to not have to accept responsibility for one’s situations. As a victim one can blame others for one's plight and feel indignation for the hopelessness of life.
It can feel good to have a scapegoat. Without one, we are prone to feeling bad about ourselves. We can judge ourselves as having been stupid or hasty or ignorant.
To be a victim of circumstance has other benefits. Victimhood can bring with it sympathy from others. It can make one feel special. It can make one feel like a martyr. It can make one feel better than others for the cross that is being carried.
Ultimately, victimhood carries benefits that are little more than illusions. The price for these illusions are steep. Victimhood robs one of the joy of fulfilling Divine Purpose, the happiness of sharing love and light with others and the satisfaction of experiencing life to it's fullest. Victimhood creates a prison.
Here is your advice for today: Free yourself from this self imposed exile from life. Consider forgiving yourself for your current condition. Then forgive all those who you blame. Start off fresh today, right now. Clear the air and clear the past. Begin anew. Begin fresh with a simple prayer to the Creator, “Dear Creator, please help me now to bring my life to a place of Grace and Ease.”
After this, place close attention to what the Creator brings into your life. Accept all that occurs for each new thing will be designed to bring you to that place of Grace and Ease.
What You Resist Becomes Your World.

There is a Universal Law of Attraction that is somewhat of a double edged sword for humans and cause much consternation. I am here today to provide you with advice as to how to avoid magnetizing to you people, situations and conditions that you do not want.
To understand how to avoid what you don't want, you must first understand how the Universe works to fulfill your wishes. When you learn this then you will be able to master the art of bringing into your lives only those things that you truly want.
You Earth humans have been gifted by our Creator with the Divine Abundance in the form of the Law of Attraction. When you focus your attention, intention, emotion and imagination on a particular person, place, thing or situation you will eventually be brought into contact with that person place or thing.
The part that is confusing for many, however, is that this works equally for those person, places, things or situations that you don't want and also those thing that you do want.
For example, you may constantly be thinking about the Zika Virus. You read articles about the Zika Virus, you look up showing the spread of Zika Virus and you feel fearful regarding the Zika Virus as well as tell your friends that you really, really don't want the Zika Virus. Because of all the attention, focus, imagining anf emotion that you have placed on the subject of Zika Virus, you have created a magnetic pull of the condition of Zika Virus to be drawn toward you.
Since the Universe does not judge or condition any magnetization, it merely performs it's function of serving up the Zika Virus experience to you.
Soon, to your absolute dismay and horror, you are diagnosed with Zika Virus.
My practical advice to you today if you want to avoid something like the Zika Virus, focus on the exact opposite - namely perfect health. If you were to spend your time reading up on perfect health, imagining yourself in perfect health and feeling confident that you are in perfect health then you will magnetize the situation of perfect health to you and then you will experience the condition of perfect health.
For larger scale issues such as a particular economic or social condition that involves many individuals, you will not be able to affect the outcome unless it is directly affecting you. If you are a bystander and are outraged regarding the situation, then you are simply adding energy to the continuation of the situation. Instead, imagine a world at peace instead of a world at war. Put thought and imagination and feeling around peace and peaceful activities that bring together people instead of ranting about war.
Magnetize to you the life you want experience.
Allow Life to Happen.

Many times we see so many resisting the flow of the life current that are on, trying to swim upstream or trying to change rivers. This fighting of the stream of life is akin to agreeing to follow a particular path and then immediately to start examining other paths.
If you have decided to travel down a particular path or stream, then the advice for you to is to allow this path to happen. Give it a chance. Don’t be so hasty in trying to abandon it. Stick with it and see where it takes you. Above, all, enjoy the ride.
If you find yourself wanting to get off the path then I suggest to you to make daily intentions in the morning and in the afternoon. These intentions can be like, “I am committed to this path that I am on and I am focused upon it.” or “I am allowing and accepting of what the Divine is wanting for me to experience in my life.”
Accept what comes. You will be pleasantly surprised. Resisting just causes self torture and undue suffering.
Place Your Faith in the Divine.

When I started the movement of liberation for India. I knew that the only way that this could be done was through non-violent methods. I knew this movement would succeed only through careful consideration of the Divine qualities of honoring our Divinity within and also honoring the Divinity within our adversaries.
Our oppressors are also the Divine enshrouded in their hurts and false ideology. I knew that to defeat an adversary, to have an adversary give up and go home is to appeal to the Divine nature of the adversary.
I placed my trust completely within the hands of the Divine. I surrendered to the Divine. I asked for clarity and wisdom and understanding from the Divine. And from those prayers, I received clarity and wisdom and understanding. I received a vision of an entire country coming together and, in a peaceful display of solidarity, demonstrate to their oppressors that they are in control of their destiny.
If you find yourself in a situation where you are being oppressed, either singularly or collectively, I ask that you place your faith in the Divine and pray for guidance.
Ask and you shall receive.
And, when you receive the guidance, may you have the courage to act on the guidance.
For many this is the hardest part. I offer you this advice. Place your faith on the Divine Guidance and place your faith on the reality the when you perform Divine Guidance, you are in a state of Divine Grace that allows your Divine efforts to succeed.
My actions in India, the largest democracy on the planet, are a testament to this Divine Truth.
Be Kind To Yourself.

In human form we take our lives very seriously as if everything that we do is a life or death decision. When we make what we consider a mistake, we flog ourselves mercilessly with a torrent of self talk about how we are stupid or we collapse in despair for not performing a task or interaction flawlessly.
I say to you to lighten up on yourself. Give yourself a free pass to be human. To be human in this environment it to be clumsy at times or make mistakes or to get grumpy because you are tired or hungry. Give yourself a pardon. Give yourself some forgiveness. Allow yourself to do the best you can in any circumstance without judging yourself or others.
Here is practical advice on how to become forgiving of yourself. In the morning, start the day off right by looking at yourself in the mirror and saying to yourself, "I forgive myself in advance for any outcomes that I may think is not the best for all. I release all judgement of me. I love me!"
As the day progresses, be observant of any tendency to judge or berate self. When you catch this happening, simply say to yourself mentally, "I forgive myself. I accept myself. I love myself no matter what I do or don't do."
At the end of the day, before going to sleep once again look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I appreciate me. I am thankful for me. I love me no matter what!"
Why is accepting and unconditionally loving yourself so important? This is what our Creator feels for each and every one of us. Without this self acceptance and love, we cannot spread love throughout the world and beyond.

If you know anything about my teaching then you know that I taught that we should accept others without judgement.
A simple lessen, is it not? Many, on the planet, try to live by this. I applaud you if this is a daily focus in your life!
For those new to this focus, I offer simple advice on how to start. Start simple with opinions. An opinion is a judgement. For example, you might see a new style of car or clothing and have an instant opinion of, "I like that!" or, "I hate that!" you have passed judgement on the item.
I can see many raising your eyebrows in protest. "Are you telling me that I can't enjoy something? What if I am drawn to that new car and admire it's style? Life would be quite boring without enjoyment and appreciation!"
I agree with these statements. However, notice that there is a difference between judging something as loveable or hateable, of being good or bad to simply enjoying the pleasant feeling that observing or experiencing something can provide.
Experience the joy without the judgement.
Throughout the day, monitor your reactions. Look for opinions. when you find yourself with an opinion, simply ask Creator to take it away so that you can be free of it. Follow up with a simple mantra, "I accept all that is here." This mantra spoken aloud or mentally will train the physical consciousness away from opinion and toward accepting all that is.
In this culture of opinion, I acknowledge that this will be a hard habit to break for some. A word of advice: Opinions lead to judgements which lead to separating our world into "good" and "bad" categories. When we separate things and ideas, then we start to separate people. When we start judging people, we start harming people.
You have a decision to make: To opine or to not.
Addiction to Thinking.

When I was alive, I lived, as a youth, in a royal court. I was taught by the best and brightest within the kingdom. These men (alas, in my time only men were allowed to teach) sat and lectured for hours. They were enraptured by their own words and delighted in thinking and comparing one scenario to the next.
In short, they were addicted to thinking and promptly made me an addict as well. During class time, I was rewarded for my clever analyses and punished if I drifted into the Heart. I quickly learned to stay in my head.
Does this not sound familiar? More than 24 centuries later and we can still see the same phenomena and what has it wrought? Many are depressed. Many are in despair. Many are suffering.
I give you practical advice today. Stop thinking. Addictive thought behavior leads to stress and physical disease.
The way to stop thinking is to focus on the breath and the sensations of hearing, sight, and feeling.
The key is to focus on two or more sensations while controlling the breath as you go about your hectic day.
How to control breath? There are many ways and I provide you with one of my favorite ways: Breath in as you normal do but sniff in an extra small breath at the end to slightly increase the air that you bring into your lungs and then pause for a few beats. How many beats is entirely up to you. You can pause 1 beat or 7 or 10. for example, when sitting, you may hold the breath for 7 beats because it feels right. When walking, 1 beat may feel right.
After holding the breath for a few beats, exhale by simply releasing the breath and relaxing. Before inhaling again, hold your lungs empty for one or more beats. Then, breath in as before.
Continue this throughout the day.
At the same time as breathing, focus on 2 more sensations. Focus on the pressure of your feet in your shoes and the noise around you. Continue to focus on these two sensations as your breath in a controlled manner.
Not that when you breath and sense in this manner something of a miracle occurs. The incessant chattering of the thought addicted mind starts to slow down and, for most, eventually stops.
When this occurs, peace will envelope you and your body will begin to heal over time.
Priorities in Life.

Are you dissatisfied with your life? Do you wish to make changes in your life so that you are more at ease, more at peace and actually happy? Many of you know what will make you happy in life and many of you still can't find a way to get to that happiness. You seem stuck in molasses, unable to move.
Perhaps it's time to look at how you are prioritizing your life. Say, for example, that you know you would be more happy if you could express your passion for cooking vegetarian foods and for wanting to teach others how to prepare healthy, protein rich vegetarian dishes quickly and simply. This is a passion for you. You have spent many hours daydreaming about a Youtube channel and a blog to realize this passion.
But, nothing ever seems to happen. You never seem to have the time or the energy to make this a reality.
Allow me to offer some practical advice in this regard - examine your priorities in life. How to do so? Examine how do you spend your available time. Granted, many must work to pay for the necessities in life. This is a given. But what of the rest of the day? Write down your activities for a typical week and discover where you place your time.
Where you place your time is where you place your priorities. If you spend 20% of your free time socializing with friends then you have prioritized your life to socialize. What if you were to cut that time in half? Would that free you to pursue your passion?
A more difficult situation to resolve are those activities that you have convinced yourself that you must do, that is your duty to perform. For example, you may have pre-teen or teen children and you spend 15 hours a week attending to their food and laundry needs.
In many cultures humans at such age are already performing these duties for themselves. What if you were to teach them to prepare their own food and to prepare their own laundry? What would you do with that time now freed for your passions? Surrender this attachment to wanting to serve your children. Dig deep to discover the root cause. Are you fearful that they would no longer love you if you were to stop these activities? Surrender all such fears and guilt. Free yourself.
Rearrange your priorities by rearranging the time you spend on activities that do not serve.
Honoring Another's Path.

The All That Is created this universe for a purpose - to experience all facets of it in a wide variety of form. Whether the All That Is experiences it as a grasshopper or a mid summer rainstorm, it experiences an infinite variety of grasshoppers and storms.
Likewise, the All That Is wishes to experience an infinite variety of humanity. It was never meant of all of us to be the same. Maximum variety in form and purpose and skills and interests allows the All That Is, our Creator, to experience every imaginable permutation of a theme known as Humanity on Earth.
Just as we were never meant to be the same, we were never meant to interfere with another's choices in their life. As much as we might disagree with the choices that another makes, it is not for us to interfere. Yes, we can offer our opinion if they give us permission to do so. However, to go beyond this violates a fundamental right for all here on Earth: Free Will.
My practical advice for you today regarding this - provide the space for others to make their decisions. Provide the space for others to see the consequences of their decisions. This allows them to grow and evolve. This is the purpose of life here on Earth - grow, evolve and learn. When we grow, evolve and learn, we then progress to new adventures that are more than you can imagine.
Now imagine that you are on your path making your life decisions and someone comes along and tells you that what you are doing is all wrong. They insist that you change your decisions or calamity shall result. They scare you and warn you and then shame you to the point where you do change your life path. Soon this person disappears from your life and now you are the one stuck with a life path that is not True to your journey. How would that make you feel?
Honor another's journey as much as you wish to have others honor your journey.
Impatience is the Seed of Discord.

You live in a much faster paced society than when I walked the Earth. A trip from one town to the next in my day was an all day affair. For you, it occurs in ten minutes.
For my time, a message from one end of the Earth to the other took a year. For you it is instantaneous.
I can see and understand that waiting has become something that there is less and less a need for. We want, in this society, instant everything: instant access to another person, instant results in all we do.
It also creates expectations of instant change within ourselves and others. Now, that has not changed since my time. We humans have not changed that much in 2000 years. We still need a certain amount of time to become convinced that change in self is for the better. Many of us humans, throughout the ages, would take years to transform even with the best teachers, the best gurus, the best Messiahs teaching the simplest of techniques that allow total transformation.
Nothing has changed in this regard. Keep this in your mind and in your Heart as you awaken and evolve in your Spiritual path and your Loved Ones can't seem to catch up. Conversely, you may have a friend, or acquaintance or Loved One who has made incredible progress in their spiritual transformation in a very short period of time and you find yourself becoming impatient.
You become impatient with yourself or others and then you begin to judge yourself and others. Soon you become bitter and start to slip into victim mentality. As a result, you sour your relations with those around you and become stuck in anger and discord.
I offer you simple advice on how to avoid the trap of becoming impatient with yourself and others on the spiritual journey - Let the habit go. Impatience is not a Divine trait. Look at our Creator who is the most patient of all. She waits for us patiently as we learn our lessons so that we can some back to her of our own free will. Let us emulate her and surrender impatience to the Creator.
Gratitude is the Attitude.

Attitude is a product of beliefs. If you believe that you exist all alone in the universe and that you must fight for what is yours against all these others that exist on this planet then you will have an attitude of, "Me First. Get out of my way!"
If you have a belief that you are one with the Divine Creator and that every other person that you see and meet are also one with the Divine Creator, then you will have an attitude of, "Let's share. We can work together."
This is the same with Gratitude. The belief backing Gratitude is that it is a privilege to be a human on this beautiful planet. It is so much a privilege that many souls are lined up on waiting lists to come here. Once this belief becomes realized within you then Gratitude will naturally manifest.
Soon you will be grateful for simply breathing and feeling the wind in your hair or enjoying the sweet taste of an apple.
To cultivate the Attitude of Gratitude and turn it into a daily habit, I offer to you this practical heavenly advice. In the morning, start your day a little early so that you can contemplate 10 or 15 things that you are grateful for. Visualize these things and feel the gratitude well up into your heart. Hold that feeling of gratitude in you heart as long as you can before moving to the next.
As you move about your day, mentally and emotionally be grateful to those things that you appreciate that come across you path. For example, as you walk along a sidewalk you may notice a nearby flower. Smell the flower and mentally say to yourself, "I am grateful for this flower." At the same time feel time feel the emotion of gratitude in your heart.
I wish you well on your journey towards gratitude.
All That Is.

As humans, we feel separate from others. We may meet strangers with suspicion or fear. We may retreat from the world because of fear. Nations fight each other because of this seeming separation. Separation breeds fear which breeds mistrust which breeds conflict.
I have been on this planet as a human and I know of what I speak. As an Angel I am constantly bathed in the light and love of our Creator, the All that Is. It is a constant reminder that we are all from the All that Is. As a human, I feel less of this energy and I can be easily distracted by the opinions of others and by the news of the day. I can forget that we are the All that Is experiencing life from a multitude of different perspectives.
My practical advice for you today is remind yourself throughout the day that everybody you meet, every thing you touch is the All that Is. Remind yourself that those around you who may be acting in a way that you do not like are The All that Is experiencing life from different perspective. Say to yourself, "There is Nothing but the All that Is here."
Your perspective will shift and you will feel closer to others.

As children we often have expectations. We all remember having expectations of certain treats or gifts during birthdays and we all remember the terrible feelings of despair when we did not receive what we expected.
As adults we are no different. What has grown, however, is the size and variety of expectations. As children we had relatively few and simple expectations. As adults we have expectations of ourselves, our spouses, our careers, our children, even our happiness levels and spiritual progress. All of these expectations lead to the same result that we remember as children - feelings of sadness, anger, and judgement of self and others.
Expectations are the source of much misery and unhappiness in the world. Expectations are the realm of the ego, not of the Divine.
Do you wish to be more happy, more relaxed, more at ease and in peace throughout the day?
The practical advice for you who wish this is to surrender your expectations and to let them go. Surrender all of them to the Divine.
The ego will argue that expectations are needed to get things done. It will say, "No expectations means sloppy results from myself and others."
This is a favorite tactic of the ego. It wishes to be in charge and to crack the whip at self and at others to get things done. What the ego misses is that the expectations are usually a result of egoic wants and desires - selfish wants and desires.
The practical advice here today is to also surrender your selfish wants and desires and to ask yourself, whenever you have a desire, "Is this for the highest good for all?" If the Still Small Voice Within says. "No, " then you are having a selfish desire. Surrender it and choose a path that is not selfish.
Selfishness is at the root of all evils in this world, great and small. The irony is, when you are self-less and share, more and more comes back to you. To be selfish is to create misery. To share freely is to create happiness and abundance for yourself and for all whom you share.
At the source of selfishness is fear. Many have fear that if they share then they will have lack and then they will die. It is an extreme fear, is it not? The practical advice to resolve this fear is to Surrender it and to adopt faith in the Divine for providing all that you need. Repeat this mantra to yourself when you feel fear of lack, "I am provided for by the Divine, I surrender all fear that is opposing this." Keep repeating this and the fear will subside.
Grab the expectations by the root, which is fear, and it shall dissolve.
Let This Be Your Independence Day.
Today marks a special event for the United States Of America - Independence Day. This is the day that is marked down in history as the day that colonists shouted that they wished to be the masters of their destiny, to have the freedom to pursue happiness.
This last part is key: the freedom to pursue happiness. To understand what Independence means we must first understand what is Happiness. Happiness, simply put, is the joy that you feel when you are performing your Divine Purpose.
Divine Purpose is unique for all of us and all of us has a Divine Purpose. For one person it may be to create gardens of such beauty and tranquility that many flock to the area to feel the peace that the garden brings. For others, it may mean a desire to work with the Earth to care for it in some way that is uniquely individual. Still others have a Divine Purpose of great feats of athletic skill to inspire others, or music, or singing or to be the best friend to many. The list is as varied as the number of wonderful humans on this planet - each with a unique gift that is waiting to be expressed as Divine Purpose.
This is what Independence is really about - to be free to experience the joy of performing your Divine Purpose. Many of you know what your Divine Purpose is. Many are performing your Divine Purpose in all or some of your capacity and know this from the joy that is within you when you do. Some know what your Divine Purpose is but chose a path that took you away from it. And, some of you don't have a clear picture of your Divine Purpose.
Today's practical advice from Heaven is to pursue your Divine Purpose. Break away from anything that is keeping your from your Divine Purpose. Become Independent of cultural pressures and social pressures and familial pressures and pressures coming from your ego that are inhibiting you. Becoming Independent requires courage and faith that expressing Divine Purpose will create joy within you.
Becoming Independent also requires the need to accept the way that your Divine Purpose will manifest. For example if you know that your Divine Purpose is to be a musician, to play music that soothes the heart and soul, but you have a particular attachment as to how this is going to happen, I ask that you declare Independence from your fantasies of how your Divine Purpose will manifest.
Release and surrender to the Divine any expectations of how the Divine Purpose will manifest. Simply ask, daily, the Creator for help in manifesting your Divine Purpose and, soon, opportunities will start to appear. If you have Divine Purpose of being a musician, then an invitation to join a Church ensemble may materialize. If you still hold onto your Ego's plan of going to the Juilliard School, you will very often pass up these other opportunities that come your way to fulfill your Divine Purpose. Become independent of the ego's plan for your Divine Purpose and humbly accept and seize all opportunities that come your way.
For those of you not quire sure what your Divine Purpose is, I ask you to ask the Divine during that quiet time just before you drift off to sleep, "God, what is my Divine Purpose?" You will receive and answer. Notice how that answer feels right in your heart. Notice how the thought of pursuing this Divine Purpose fills you with happiness and anticipation. Burn this answer into your mind and humbly ask, "God, please help me to achieve my Divine Purpose."
For those of you who know your Divine Purpose but chose another path the advice to you is that it is never too late to change the course back to Divine Purpose. Simply ask for help from God to achieve your Divine Purpose.
For those of you who feel that you are achieving some of your Divine Purpose but feel that something is missing, ask during that time right before sleep, "Dear God please show me what is missing regarding my Divine Purpose." God will answer you back with images and a knowing or even a dream or two.
For all, please remember to thank God for help in your journey toward Divine Purpose and happiness.

This is quite a provocative subject, Isn't it? Be Love. What does that really mean? For many, the word Love is a loaded gun filled with many feelings - many that feel not so nice.
Let me first explain to you what I mean by the word Love. Love is unconditional acceptance of others just the way they are. We see this type of love with many mothers. Their child is loved no matter how they behave at school or with others. This part of Love is hard to understand for many.
Being unconditional, for example, with a spouse means accepting them for who they are as they are right now. Love means not trying to change another. Love is to be forgiving of faults and is tolerant of moods and habits. Love is the ultimate in acceptance.
To Love your neighbor does not mean that you are to be romantic with the neighbor or to be submissive to your neighbor. Love your neighbor simply means that you are accepting of them, tattoos and all! Love means no judgement.
Love, also, does not mean that you must drop your boundaries and allow others to control you or to invade your Free Will. Love simply is accepting them and then making arrangements to make sure that you are not injured if they happen to have destructive tendencies.
Love your neighbor as you love God, Yourself and your family - unconditionally.
This is what is meant to Be Love.
