Many of you are so giving of yourselves. You are rushing hither and fro as you attend to the affairs of others and worry about the fate or status of this and that.
When do you find time for yourself?
More to the point, when do you nurture your spiritual needs?
When others discover that you are available to hear of their sorrows, they will flock to you and take your time.
Many love to take energy with little in return.
For some of you this is what you do. You were meant to take this situation and transmute it.
For many others however, we need to ask ourselves, "Am I using up all of my time because I don't want to address my own self care?"
If you answered this question with a "Yes." the last thing that is advisable is to judge the self. This situation is all too common in life. Sometimes it is easier to help others with their spiritual and emotional problems than it is to look deep inside and to take care of our own.
I have some simple advice here for you if you wish it: Take some time off from being a savior and server of your friends and family and let it all go. Attend to yourself for a week. Pamper only yourself for a week. Disappear for a week and examine what you really want in life.
Have the courage to take this time away from it all to just stop and assess what you want.
Then have the courage to make the changes that you need to make what you want happen.
