Free Yourself from the Prison of Judgement
Message from ArchAngel Michael
In the Heavenly Realms we monitor and listen to the thoughts and feelings of all around Earth and we find that there is a connection between health and happiness and the amount of judgement that one partakes in.
Judgement is the act of deciding that a situation, person, place, animal, or object is good or bad or somewhere in between.
Judgement, you may say, is necessary. "How can I survive if I don't judge?", you may protest.
Let us examine the act of survival in a state of judgement verses non-judgement. Let us have a situation where you are walking down the street in an unfamiliar part of town - a part of town known as being a "bad place to be caught in." You have heard this part of town as being "bad" and you have accepted this judgement as your own.
As you walk the street in this bad section of town, you feel tense. Fear is starting to develop. You are hoping that you don't meet anyone on this walk that you find yourself in. The expression on your face is grim. You are not smiling.
Suddenly, a group of three laughing young men appear. They are obviously from this neighborhood that you are walking in. They are speaking loud and using language that you have judged as being rude and inappropriate. The look on your face now expressess anger and fear. You have judged them. As they approach you they see the look on your face and sense hostility. They quiet down and look at you with wary eyes. One of them is triggered into anger because he's seen this face too many time before - the look of judgement. They pass you with looks ranging from wariness to hostility. Sudden fear and panic surges through you! Your ego tells you, "It's true! This place is bad! It's dangerous! Look how that one man stared at you with open hostility!" You quicken your pace and walk through the neighborhood in a state of fear and hate. You feel tense and a headache envelopes you for the rest of the day. You are now in a state of misery
Later in the day you come home and tell your friends your story to further reinforce the judgement that this part of town that you found yourself in is "bad."
Let us say that some time later you revisit this place that you have judged as bad. However, now you have liberated yourself from judgement. You no longer prejudge a neighborhood or a person, place or thing.
You walk in a state of neutrality, free from fear. Your ego can no longer place you in a state of panic. You feel yourself in a state of peace. A relaxed smile is on your face as you walk through the neighborhood. You see the place with open eyes and you drink in the atmosphere with all your senses. The sun is shining and the warmth feels good on your skin. You appreciate these simple things. Two children are playing and they see you and wave. You wave back with a smile. You are enjoying your walk. Three young men round the corner. They are laughing and joking. They see you and they also see your smile and sense your peace. They respond with eye contact and smile as they walk past.
You have freed yourself from the self-imposed limitations that Judgement traps you in.
Would you like to know how to become that liberated being that holds no judgement?
Allow me to provide some practical advice.
Understand, first, that you and that the person, place or thing that you are judging is a part of you. Who are you? You are Source. You are made from Source, by Source and for Source.
You and everything that you see is Source. There is only Source here. The next person that you interact with is also made from Source, by Source and for Source.
Understand, second, that you are are here for a purpose. That purpose is to experience and learn from your experiences. Every other person, place or thing is also here to experience and to learn from those experiences. When another person is doing something that you personally would not do, that person has decided to experience that situation so that s/he can learn from it.
Who are you to judge what experience another has chosen?
Understand, third, that you are entitled to protect yourself from harm - just do so without judging.
When you see a tiger in the zoo and it is pacing back and forth and looks very hungry, you don't climb into the cage with it - do you? At the same time you don't judge the tiger as good or bad. It simply is what it is - a very large carnivore. Use this same perspective when you are going about your day. The most dangerous part of the day for most is driving. When a reckless driver cuts you off while speeding, know that this is what it is and nothing more. Simply slow down and put space between you and the reckless driver. There is no need to judge this other aspect of Source.
Understand, fourth, that judging others is an indicator that you have, within you, something that you don't like about yourself. Frequently judging is a projection from you onto others what you hate about yourself. For example, you may hate that fact that you are clumsy and constantly spilling things. When you see others doing the same thing you react in anger and judge them as careless or sloppy. This type of reaction is known as a trigger and is misqualified energy of hate that you are holding within. Ask Source to take this energy out of you so that it never comes back and it shall be done. Also ask Source where this energy first came from so that you can have an understanding of why this energy became trapped within you. If you discover that this energy became trapped within you because of a childhood incident whereupon one of your parents of family members called you clumsy or stupid, then please find it in your heart to forgive them - they also have this energy trapped within.
Understand, finally, that judging is a trap that creates hate and more hate. You are a loving person and a part of Source. Do you wish to create hate?
This is your decision - embrace Love or embrace hate through judgement.
